XM-13 is one precipitation, age hardenable stainless steel. It's principal features are high transverse toughness, good resistance to general and stress corrosion cracking, and high strength that is developed by a single low temperature heat treatment.
We could delivery XM-13 forging material as per the standard of ASTM B564
We use EAF+VOD-ESR melting methods to melt the material of XM-13

As per heat treatment of XM-13 forged parts, We could do solution treatment and ageing treatment together.We could do Heat treatment of XM-13 forging parts as follows:H900,H925,H1025,H1075,H1100,H1150 and so on.
As per machining of XM-13 material, It is smilar with stainless grades 302, 303,410,420,430,430F and so on.But it have high strength comparing above material. For H900 condition of XM-13 material, it will have high hardness and strength and very hard to turning, CNC machined, Drilling and so on
