As per heat treatment of XM-12 forged parts, We could do solution treatment and ageing treatment together.
We could do Heat treatment of XM-12 forging parts as follows:H900,H925,H1025,H1075,H1100,H1150 and so on.
As per machining of XM-12 material, It is smilar with stainless grades 302, 303,410,420,430,430F and so on.But it have high strength comparing above material. For H900 condition of XM-12 material, it will have high hardness and strength and very hard to turning, CNC machined, Drilling and so on
