PH15-7Mo is a martensitic precipitation hardening type stainless steel.
We could delivery PH15-7Mo forging material as per the standard of ASTM B564
We use EAF+VOD-ESR melting methods to melt the material of PH15-7Mo
The chemical composition of PH15-7Mo is as follows:

As per heat treatment of PH15-7Mo forged parts, We could do solution treatment and ageing treatment together.
As per machining of PH15-7Mo material, It is smilar with stainless grades 302, 303,410,420,430,430F and so on.But it have high strength comparing above material. For H900 condition of PH15-7Mo material, it will have high hardness and strength and very hard to turning, CNC machined, Drilling and so on
