As per heat treatment of forging sleeves, We could do annealed, normalized, hardened and tempered as per the requiremnt of the clients

For every pieces of forging sleeve, we could do 100% Ut test as per the forging parts standard of ASTM A388 or EN10228-3.

As per material certificate of forging sleeve, we could supply En10204-3.1 or EN10204-3.2 by third party(TUV,BV ,SGS and so on)

In order to controll the quality of forged sleeves, we have Impact testing machine ,Magnetic particle flaw detector ,Metallographic Microscope ,Universal testing machine ,Hardness testing machine
