What is 725LN? 725LN is a fully austenitic 25Cr-22Ni-2Mo-N stainless steel, also designated UNS S31050, EN 1.4466, X1CrNiMoN25-22-2, 310MoLN and UREA 25.22.2. Carbon is held very low and nitrogen is controlled. The grade was developed for ammonium carbamate service in urea plants, and its corrosion resistance is comparable to 904L. Jiangyin Jiangnan Metal forges it to ASTM A182 grade F310MoLN with EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 certification.
